Integrated Operational Policing

The best practices of operational law enforcement to solve common community-policing needs.

What we do

Overview

Integrated Operational Policing (iOP) or the Integrated Operational Policing Program represents a millennial approach to Community Policing through the development of triadic communication between positive, necessary Stakeholders.

In this Era of Anarchy, we will solve Policing Issues together or fail while apart. It’s a simple choice. The Police and the Community. We will define our values, set goals, and redress the community needs. We will languish in hate, rhetoric, and community dissention.

Integrated Operational Policing is the best method of establishing the Peace Officer/Local Citizen Partnership necessary in this new millennial society. As a community based methodology of Police Operations and Management.

Corporate Purpose:

Integrated Operational  Policing

The introduction of new methods Stakeholder Team-Building and the best practices of operational law enforcement to solve common community-policing needs.

Corporate Goals:

The primary goal of the Integrated Operational Policing Program is the development of law enforcement related curriculum dedicated to Team-Building, operational problem-solving, and the minimization of agency exposure to liability and political ridicule.

Secondarily, the Integrated Policing Program is the development of a civilian companion curriculum dedicated to the Stakeholder’s who seek to positively affect the field enforcement issues within their own community.

As a tertiary goal, the Integrated Policing Program seeks to broaden the uses of integrative team-building techniques to other diverse and related professions within the problem-solving rubric. Other professions like first responders inclusive of fire agencies and social services, or pure political entities like elected representatives and local activists.

The Vision:

Robert’s Views

Integrated Policing The art of law enforcement has evolved tremendously since the post-Civil War, Reconstructive era of the United States. As the Millennial Generation of peace officers enter public service, Police Science is seeking to embody the best practices of the past while developing the intellectual and scientific methodologies of future generations. Though several methodologies are utilized in a law enforcement management setting, the ‘best method’ have been debated and theorized for half a century. Robert is developing a methodology that incorporates traditional best practices and the concurrent innovations into the theoretical management model of Integrated Policing. I am seeking an institutional that permits and encourages the research and development of scholarly activities that test, research, develop, and validate the many theorems in Police Science.
